Silent Treatment…really? s-h-h-h-h-stupid!

So, who really thought this was a good idea? I think I have 2 people giving me the silent treatment. One admitted, and one still in question.

Technology has made things like this a lot more confusing. The two people are both in a location about 40min from me. So I haven’t got an in-person silent treatment, but neither answers the phone, returns calls, returns texts, or returns facebook messages. Initially, I’m just thinking that they are busy working or taking class or whatever. So I really wasn’t trippin at all.

oooo…until the phone call happened. Person #1 calls and admits to the ST because they needed some time to separate from me emotionally. What? I’m like well we could have discussed your issues a long time ago and been over it by now. I leave in a week and we could be hanging and having fun, but you need to distance yourself… whack.

Now this leads me to believe that Person #2 is doing the same thing. not really sure, but if so, that’s not smart and really un-bossed (the negative form of bossy)

Following the steps of the link:

1. I’m not being paranoid, it was admitted.

2. Okay, things did happen that day.

3. I didn’t rehearse because I wasn’t expecting it.

4. I don’t apologize easily.

5. I did that! go me. I do value the friendship

6. I did that too. Because avoiding the problem didn’t help

7. Didn’t do that, but I’m leaving town. So I should be busy a lot.

8. Did that, but I was cooking too.

9. my hand doesn’t reach. lol
